Mr Mehmood qualified as Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2008. Mr Mehmood also qualified as Barrister of England and Wales and Called to the Bar in 2018 Mr Mehmood is also a qualified Mediator.
Being the Head of the Family Department Mr Mehmood is responsible for the following:
- Matrimonial and Family dealing with all aspects of relationship breakdown including Divorce.
- Children matters including Residence, Contact, Parental Responsibility.
- Care Proceedings/Disputes, and financial issues arising from a breakdown.
Before this Mr Mehmood was working as Judicial Officer (Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate) KPK, Pakistan. Mr Mehmood is Senior Partner in Abbott Solicitors since 2012 and presently working as a Barrister / Consultant and he is the Head of the Family Department.
Apart from English Mr Mehmood knows Urdu and Punjabi and Pushto. Hourly rate of Mr Mahmood is: £217.00
